I have been using the medium of video for years to convey movements and rhythms of the drumset and hand drums,
and the user feedback has been positive. To start with, I will give instructions on how to set up and use
materials.
Time, place and extent of work with your instrument is now in your own hands.
In addition, you can now also watch or listen to passages/bars
as often as you like, much more frequently than possible in a face-to-face lesson.
As
neurologists, learning researchers, educators, and everyone learning and playing an instrument know very well: Repetition is
the
most helpful tool in learning processes such as motor skills!
The system runs via YouTube - the weekly video individually produced for you is not publicly visible.
